3.3 Pack and Ship

Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Ship the package to the address provided with the return authorization.

3.4 Tracking

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
